How to upgrade Anti-malware engine version 5.4.1? and how to check the current version of this installed ?
You will receive it with regular update (it was sandbox-ed for some hours due additional testing reasons).
Kudos for the "grayware" enhancements, will that also include alerting on crapware such as OpenCandy. Another "potentially unwanted program".
This may have been asked... Will 7.5.2 be a download update to 7.5.1 or will it need to be installed over 7.5.1?
Thanks,
David
How can you sandbox a user's software remotely? Isn't it a compromise of security that Agnitum can choose to sandbox anything that they want in the user's PC?
Regardsing grayware, do not forget to send the sample into our viruslab or support.
Upgrade to 7.5.2 version should be applied only manually.
We may "sandbox" only update servers, so we talk about controlling distribution of the new engine with update. There is no option to control endpoint software for us.
when do we get grayware update ?
when can we expect grayware update ?
Full re-classification will be provided during 2-3 months of regular malware database updates.
where is the beta ? why aren't you on your schedule ?
Release candidate to be issued January 27 or 30 ? ...
@Agnitum vendor
I am a long time user of Outpost firewall pro, and I love it. I just have a question.
Will you offer lifetime license of "Agnitum security suite" once (as special offer - atleast once) for sale?. I was unlucky that I couldn't grab it when it was available. I am eager to buy it regardless of the price. Please let me know. Thanks in advance.
Dear customers, yesterday we have mistakenly not published RC release page in the news section, but RC was already available to all beta testers. Now we are un-hiding the RC news with direct download links.
Regarding OSS Lifetime license - we do not plan to re-introduce. Our vision that 3-years edition is enough.
