When you run Photoshop with disabled automatic rules for applications signed digitally OFP system freezes for several seconds.
The free version is really a very good thing. I remember when I went free firewall version 6.5.1 and got a really big audience. Thanks to a lot of people decided to buy the full version including me. I hope that does not stop the development of a free version and will come a day when the free version, officially will be updated the first to know :) Otherwise, go into oblivion.

When i try to install Agnitum Outpost Firewall 7.5.2 i get an error:"setup failed to install Microsoft Visual C ++ runtimes libraries".
I would understand why this error happens.I have Windows XP Home Edition Version 2002 Service Pack 2.Thank You for the answer.

it took some time before being released but the new version is great and worth the wait (at least for me) .
I will renew my license soon and I will order a backup CD also and I want to know how can I get the latest version ( 7.5.2 ) on backup CD ?
Last time I order on february 18 2010 but on backup CD it was not the latest ( 10 february 2010 ) version , it was a version from september 2009 instead .

Regarding Backup CD, it will be updated during the upcoming week. It usually takes time to provide the current version for the CDs sent by regular postal services.
Outpost Auto create rules in most time do't true work.
when i open one app or open pdf ebooks, system process go on 100%.

7.5.2 still has a bluescreen problem with ndis.sys on Windows 7 x64, Realtek OnBoard Network Chip using libtorrent. (same problem in uTorrent, qBittorent)
I tried other firewall, then I didn't encountered this problem.

Whoa, thx for the heads up anonymous. I was just thinking about installing it once again to see if this has been fixed. Guess no :(
I also commented about this problem here in the summer if i recall.
It was the reason is stopped using Oss Pro 64-bit... everytime i fired up µtorrent..BANG! BSOD (NDIS.SYS). I always had to close Outpost before opening a torrent in the client, because oh lord if i had outpost running when i started utorrent all hell broke loose.

I don't mean to sound rude but I think that is the best thing to do is to stop asking about OSS Free. Agnitum does not plan on updating OSS Free anytime soon because they obviously do not care about their free users.
They only cared about getting everyone's attention (through the free suite) to increase their sales.
Regarding bluescreens - R&D is still working on this complex issue.
For OSS Free customers we should note that it has all services UPDATED within the same schedule as OSS Pro, including:
- Anti-Malware databases updates,
- ImproveNet rules updates for System Guard, Firewall and Anti-Leak,
- Anti-Malware engine auto-upgrades, etc.
We do not stop support for our Free customers, but we have the right to choose between the way of fixing issues and developing new features for paid versions and the way to provide the same version as Pro to Free customers.
Finally I have solved me freezing problems. Just updated to fresh realtek gigabit network drivers (from realtek site) and problems gone. Those drivers from Microsoft are older.
^Did not solve my problems.
Always had the latest Realtek drivers, and always had the same issue with Outpost.
Dear commenter, if BSOD indicated the issue with ndis.sys was not solved with disabling content filtering, please urgently contact Support Team to have the personal guide after gathering additional information.
